Wife Cooks Hubby’s Pet Fish
A Pasadena woman won’t be charged after police say she cooked up her common law husband’s goldfish. The domestic dispute happened Saturday at a home on Queens Road near Allen-Genoa in the Houston suburb. The man says she was holding them hostage in an argument over jewelry.
A police officer tried to talk the woman into releasing the fish, but it was too late. She said she had already fried them and eaten three.
